RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of GIGIchic products, unused items must be returned within seven days from the date of receiving your purchase to receive full credit. Once received you will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be in the form of an exchange only.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please ship your return in safe, secure and appropriate packaging to ensure that the items arrive undamaged. Please use a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address of the shipper.

Products returned for refunds or exchanges must arrive in their original, sellable condition with the original accessories and packaging. Returns that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted.
