Royce Garner created Toe Juice in the very early ’70s, when his son - then an 18 month old baby - suffered from an unknown skin ailment. Garner mixed up his magical brew in a laboratory at Boise High School, where he's taught chemistry for 40 years. When he rubbed the solution on his son, as he expected it worked.
