After launching Upper Echelon Shoes (UES) in 2005, designers Seth Campbell and Nick Cohen (both New York City natives) introduced UES for Women in Fall '08. High demand and eager anticipation were the driving forces leading to a new endeavor by UES revealing a women's line that redefined "sexy" within comfort.
